Summer Workouts
Redwing Strength, Speed, and Conditioning is every Monday-Thursday from 8:45-10:15 a.m. in the Fitness Center.
Open gyms will be every Monday-Thursday from 10:30-11:30 a.m. in the Redwing Gym/Fieldhouse (depending on availability).
